SOUND BATH MEDITATION SESSIONS IN PRESTON

Leave the busyness of life behind as you relax your body, calm your mind, heal, and transform your life, through the healing frequency of a Sound Bath Meditation Session in Lancashire. Lay down, close your eyes and simply listen as Laura guides you in Meditation and you bathe in the soothing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes and Bells.
